The multi-currency Cirrus debit card
is a stored-value debit card not tied to a bank checking account.
It manages expenditures effectively as only the amount loaded on
the card is available for purchases or cash withdrawals. Thus, no
credit fees, overdraft charges, late fees, or interest charges are
ever added. The cardholder has access to only the amount of money
(or the remaining portion after transactions) stored on the card.
It's today's safe, convenient, and flexible way to manage
spending.
The Cirrus cards
can be used for cash withdrawals from ATMs all over the world. The
Cirrus debit card does not indicate the name of its user on the
card. For cash withdrawals, it is sufficient to enter the pin
code.
There is no qualifying
process to obtain the Cirrus debit cards as the money
available on the card belongs to the cardholder. There are no
credit checks required to acquire the debit
card.
The Cirrus/Maestro debit cards can be loded via Wire transfer, credit
card, Western Union, direct deposit
payroll and batch loads.
Accessing the Cirrus cards via the
Internet allows you to transfer funds to other cards, check
card balance and load the card.

Requirements:
All card types require, at some point in the issuing
process, name, address, phone number and a Government id number (required by some card issuers).

Automated Teller Machine ("ATM")
Services.
You may use your Card at any ATM that bears the
network logos that appears on the back of your Card or to inquire
about the amount of Funds available to you. You may use your
card to withdraw up to $1,000.00 each business day at any
participating ATM Machine or POS Terminal.
Merchant Services. You may use your Card to
purchase goods and services at any retail or other establishment
that displays the network logo that appears on the back of your
Card.
