·Detailed list and/or description of products/services offered

Requirements:

Bank Compliance Form - You will take this to your bank and have them fill it out, which tells us where to send your funds.

Merchant Agreement - You will sign and date this document.

Balance Sheet - This is a short, one-page financial statement for your company.

Cards Accepted:

Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Eurocard, and JCB. You also will be able to accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Visa or MasterCard logos.
